& Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ki kiya platform, including all casino games, sports betting services, payment transactions, and promotional offers available to players in Bangladesh. Please read this document carefully before registering an account or placing any wager.

Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms apply to every interaction you have with the ki kiya platform — from the moment you first visit the website through to account closure. They govern account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in promotional offers, use of responsible gaming tools, and any dispute resolution process.
1.2 ki kiya reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ki kiya will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and will publish the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the platform following notification of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
1.3 These Terms are written in English and are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming standards. The English version of these Terms is the authoritative version and prevails in the event of any conflict with any translated or summarised version.
1.4 These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and ki kiya. In the event of conflict between these Terms and any other ki kiya document, these Terms take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.
Eligibility & Age Restriction
2.1 To be eligible to open and operate a ki kiya account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while your account remains active:
- You are at least 18 years of age or the minimum legal age for online gambling in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
- You are registering on your own behalf as a private individual, not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any other person or entity.
- You have not previously been excluded from ki kiya or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
- You are not accessing ki kiya from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
- You are not employed by ki kiya, nor are you a close associate or family member of a ki kiya employee involved in product, trading, or payments operations.
2.2 Age Verification. ki kiya reserves the right to request proof-of-age documentation from any player at any point. Accepted documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by the relevant Bangladeshi authority. Withdrawal of funds will be withheld until age verification is successfully completed. If a player is found to be under 18 years of age, the account will be closed immediately, all pending bets will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment method — minus any amounts already withdrawn.
2.3 Single Account Policy. Each player may hold only one ki kiya account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or in conjunction with another person — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any bonus balances held within them.
Account Registration & Verification
3.1 To access the full range of ki kiya services — including deposits, withdrawals, participation in promotions, and live betting — you are required to register a player account. Registration requires you to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh (including division, district, and city/thana), email address, and mobile phone number.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.
3.3 KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification. ki kiya operates a KYC verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-fraud best practices. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents at any time, and particularly before your first withdrawal:
- Proof of Identity: National ID card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence.
- Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or mobile operator statement dated within the last three months, showing your name and Bangladeshi residential address.
- Proof of Payment Method: Confirmation that the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account used for deposits is registered in your name.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ki kiya login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party under any circumstances. ki kiya will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact ki kiya support immediately at support at ki-kiya.com or via live chat.
3.5 Any activity that occurs on your ki kiya account while your credentials are correctly entered — regardless of whether it was authorised by you personally — is your responsibility. ki kiya cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access that resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ki kiya currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time; the current list is always displayed on the ki kiya payments page.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on ki kiya is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by ki kiya at the platform level, though individual payment providers (such as bKash and Nagad) may impose their own per-transaction and daily limits on the amounts that can be transferred.
4.3 Deposit Processing Times. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your ki kiya balance instantly in the vast majority of cases. Bank transfer deposits (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank) may take 1–2 business hours to be confirmed and credited. If a deposit is not reflected in your balance within 30 minutes for mobile wallets or 4 hours for bank transfers, contact ki kiya support with your transaction reference number.
4.4 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed by the ki kiya payments team within the following timeframes:
- bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Typically within 1–6 hours of the withdrawal request being submitted and approved.
- Bank Transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank): 1–2 business days.
- Visa / Mastercard: 3–5 business days depending on the issuing bank.
4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions: (a) your KYC verification must be complete; (b) the withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance net of any active bonus wagering requirements; (c) the withdrawal must be returned to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit of equal or greater value, in accordance with anti-money-laundering (AML) requirements; (d) ki kiya reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals.
4.6 Third-Party Payments Prohibited. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank accounts — including those of family members — are not permitted. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be returned and the associated account will be reviewed for compliance.
4.7 Currency. All balances, bets, bonuses, and transactions on ki kiya are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No foreign currency conversion is performed on your ki kiya account. If you use a Visa or Mastercard issued in a foreign currency, any conversion from that foreign currency to BDT will be performed by your card issuer at their prevailing exchange rate, and ki kiya accepts no liability for any exchange-rate loss.
Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 ki kiya offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins offers, cricket betting cashback, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer in addition to these general bonus terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to your ki kiya account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the individual promotion terms. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are non-withdrawable.
5.3 Eligible Games. Not all games on ki kiya contribute equally — or at all — toward clearing a bonus wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet placed. Live casino games, table games, and sports betting wagers may contribute at a lower percentage or not at all. The contribution rates for each game category are stated in the individual bonus terms.
5.4 Bonus Expiry. All bonus funds and free spins awards carry an expiry date. If the wagering requirement is not completed before the expiry date, the bonus balance and any associated winnings will be forfeited. Expiry periods are stated in the individual promotion terms and are measured from the time the bonus is credited to your account, not from the time you first wager with it.
5.5 Abuse of Promotions. ki kiya reserves the right to withhold or void bonus winnings and to close an account if it reasonably determines that a player has attempted to abuse a promotional offer. Indicators of bonus abuse include: placing bets at low variance to complete wagering requirements without genuine play intent; opening multiple accounts to claim offers more than once; coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms; or using staking patterns inconsistent with genuine recreational play. Decisions on bonus abuse are made at the sole reasonable discretion of the ki kiya compliance team.
5.6 Changes to Promotions. ki kiya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time. Where a promotion is discontinued after a player has already qualified and opted in, ki kiya will honour the bonus on the terms in place at the time of opt-in.
Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 Bet Acceptance. All sports bets and casino game wagers placed on ki kiya are subject to acceptance by the platform. ki kiya reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet without being required to provide a reason, including where the bet is placed at a price that was displayed in error, where there are reasonable grounds to suspect match-fixing or collusion, or where the bet exceeds the applicable maximum stake for that market.
6.2 Errors in Odds and Game Results. In the event that a sports betting price or casino game result is displayed or recorded due to a technical error, system fault, or human error, ki kiya reserves the right to void the relevant bet or wager and return the stake to the player's account. This includes manifestly incorrect prices, duplicate bet settlements, and game round errors reported by the game provider.
6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games on ki kiya. These limits are displayed within each game or market and are subject to change. Limits may vary by game type, market, player account status, and promotional period.
6.4 In-Play Betting. Live in-play cricket, football, and kabaddi markets are available on ki kiya during qualifying events. In-play prices are updated in real time and may be suspended at any point during the event. Bets accepted while a market is suspended in error will be voided. In-play bet acceptance is subject to network latency; bets submitted during a live event are not guaranteed to be accepted at the price shown on your screen.
6.5 Game Provider Rules. Casino games on ki kiya — including slots, live dealer tables, and crash games — are provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Hacksaw Gaming, and Push Gaming. Each game is subject to the rules published by its provider. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a game provider's rules regarding the outcome of a specific game round, the game provider's rules will take precedence.
6.6 Disconnection Policy. If your internet connection is interrupted during an active game round or live bet, ki kiya and the relevant game provider will attempt to complete the round based on the state of play at the point of disconnection. ki kiya accepts no liability for losses arising from connection failures, device malfunctions, or interruptions to mobile data service on the Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, or Teletalk networks.
Prohibited Conduct & Fraud
7.1 The following actions constitute prohibited conduct on the ki kiya platform and will result in immediate account suspension, closure, and potential recovery of funds:
- Providing false identity information or forged documents during registration or KYC verification.
- Registering more than one player account or assisting another person in doing so.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with casino games.
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or glitches in the ki kiya platform or any hosted game for financial gain. Identified exploits must be reported to ki kiya support immediately.
- Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption in sporting events offered on the ki kiya sportsbook.
- Laundering funds through the ki kiya platform, including using the platform as a pass-through for illicit funds regardless of whether net gaming profit or loss is intended.
- Using the ki kiya platform for any purpose other than personal recreational gambling — including commercial purposes, research exploitation, or competitor intelligence gathering.
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing ki kiya customer support staff or other players via any communication channel.
7.2 Fraud Detection. ki kiya operates automated fraud detection systems that monitor account activity, payment patterns, staking behaviour, and login characteristics in real time. Where suspicious activity is flagged, ki kiya may temporarily suspend an account pending investigation without prior notice. The player will be notified by email and given an opportunity to provide clarifying information.
7.3 Chargebacks. Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank, bKash, Nagad, or any other payment provider in respect of a deposit that was genuinely made to ki kiya constitutes a breach of these Terms. ki kiya will contest all unjustified chargebacks and may recover the disputed amount plus any associated costs from your account balance. Accounts subject to a chargeback will be suspended pending resolution.
Account Closure & Suspension
8.1 Closure by the Player. You may request closure of your ki kiya account at any time by contacting support at ki-kiya.com or via live chat. Before processing the closure, ki kiya will confirm your identity and ensure that any pending withdrawal requests have been settled. Real-money balances remaining at the time of account closure will be returned to your nominated payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.
8.2 Responsible Gaming Closure. Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including concerns about problem gambling — may request an immediate self-exclusion. 8.3 Closure by ki kiya. ki kiya reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: breach of these Terms; fraudulent activity; abuse of promotional offers; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; identification of the account holder as a minor; or receipt of a valid legal or regulatory instruction to do so. Where an account is closed by ki kiya for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any real-money balance will be returned to the player.
8.4 Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. ki kiya will notify you by email before applying any dormancy administration fee to a dormant account balance. The fee will not reduce a dormant balance below zero. You may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding identity verification requirements.
8.5 Disputes. Any dispute arising from the use of the ki kiya platform must be submitted in writing to support at ki-kiya.com within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. ki kiya will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 72 hours and aim to provide a final resolution within 14 business days. These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.
